Andrew James is a seasoned entrepreneur, real estate investor, and author with a passion for helping others achieve financial freedom. Alongside his wife, Courtney, they have built a successful career in real estate and business, inspiring beginners to take control of their financial futures through smart property investments.

Andrew’s journey to financial freedom began in an entirely different industry. Starting out as a restaurant owner, he ran a busy eatery, pouring himself into the business. The long hours and constant demands of the restaurant industry took a toll on him, leaving little time or money for family or personal pursuits.

Despite their hard work and dedication, Andrew realized that the restaurant business, while rewarding in its own way, was not providing the lifestyle or financial security he desired. He yearned for a way to step back from the daily grind and create a more stable, passive income stream.

Andrew never considered investing in real estate until his girlfriend, now wife, introduced him to the concept. The more he learned, the more he became convinced that real estate could be the key to the financial freedom he sought. With determination and a clear vision, Andrew decided to start transitioning from the restaurant business to real estate.

As in any venture worth pursuing, the initial steps were challenging. They started small, investing in a duplex and slowly adding properties to their portfolio. Over the years, Andrew and Courtney expanded their real estate portfolio, investing in various property types, including residential, commercial, and multifamily units. 

Driven by their success and a desire to help others, Andrew and Courtney decided to share their knowledge with aspiring real estate investors. They co-authored “The Only Real Estate Investing for Beginners Book You’ll Ever Need,” a comprehensive guide designed to simplify the complexities of real estate investing for newcomers. Their book combines practical advice, proven strategies, and personal anecdotes, making it an invaluable resource for anyone looking to enter the world of real estate investing.

Andrew’s mission is to inspire and empower others to break free from the constraints of traditional employment and achieve Permanent PTO through entrepreneurship. He believes everyone can transform their financial future and live the life they’ve always dreamed of and spend life living.
